Helene Fischer, CEO of the company since 1991, Helene has been operating in the business world for several decades and has more than 35 years of experience in helping businesses in all it's forms; studied in different sectors including:

​Entrepreneur and businesswoman since 1991, Hélène Fischer has several years of experience in supporting businesses, organizations and, more particularly, condominium syndicates. Her career path reflects her personality: loves life, diversified, curious and deeply human. Over the years, she has studied and developed her knowledge in several fields. This diversity has allowed her to develop a global vision of organizations and a particular ability to analyze situations from different angles. Advisor, manager, trainer and coach, Hélène has been working for many years with businesses, governments,  condominium syndicates, boards of directors and other organizations. Her approach is based on a respectful, human and caring professional relationship, transparent, proactive and solution-oriented. Her experience includes analyzing and verifying operations, auditing, good governance, problem solving, negotiating, coordinating complex projects and files, improving operational performance, managing the budget, seeking funding and fundraising, as well as representing various stakeholders and levels of government. But behind the professional experience is above all a person who likes to help. Hélène says she wears her heart on her sleeve. When she can pass on her knowledge, accompany someone in a difficult situation, find a solution or simply lend a hand, she does so with conviction. She does not claim to have always done everything perfectly. Like any entrepreneur and any human being, she admits to having made mistakes in her life and career. However, she chooses to consider them as a valuable part of her life experience: understanding what could have been done differently, learning from it and using this experience to make better decisions tomorrow. Curious by nature, she considers that we are never done learning. She continues to train, to question ways of doing things, to discover new approaches and to deepen her knowledge. Her goal is not only to become a better professional and help others, but also to continue to improve as a human being. As an entrepreneur, speaker and trainer, Hélène has also had the opportunity, over the years, to give conferences and training in several countries, spread over four of the five continents, sharing her experience with entrepreneurs and business people from different backgrounds (private and government). Today, this multidisciplinary experience is put at the service of Groupe Infinite's clients: advising, training, accompanying, structuring, verifying, solving and transmitting best practices in order to help organizations and the people who lead them to progress in a sustainable manner and in compliance with the law.
