There are generally 2 types of fees in condominium management: all-inclusive or à la carte. With the advent of artificial intelligence (AI), we will soon be able to save our clients money by automating certain tasks.
All-inclusive includes the following elements: administration - finance - customer service - operations - maintenance - legal and more.
À la carte includes the elements of your choice per hour + taxes.
FEES FOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS
For a condominium association, our all-inclusive fees start at $34/door/month + taxes in general unless otherwise stated. In Quebec, the average fee ranges from $35 to $60/door/month + taxes in general for an all-inclusive management depending on the situation. For a fee tailored to your needs, please contact us.
FEES FOR MULTI-UNITS, COMMERCIAL, ETC.
For a multi-unit property (plex), a commercial property, or others, our all-inclusive fees range from 5 to 10% of the income + taxes unless otherwise stated. To get a fee customized to your needs, please contact us.
RECRUITMENT OF DIRECTORS
It has become difficult for a syndicate of co-ownership/ home association for several years to have the candidacy of co-owners or others, for the position of volunteer director within the Syndicate, given all the new laws, the prerequisites required, etc. Groupe Infinité has been noticing this glaring lack for several years and is offering, as of September 2025, a bank of serious and handpicked candidates who meet all the prerequisites as stipulated by the Civil Code of Quebec, among others: not having gone bankrupt, not having a judicial/ criminal record, being fit, be 18 years of age or older. We also ask for a minimum of 3 references from condominium syndicates on which this person sits or the equivalent to be able to apply for the position of director at a rate that is affordable for syndicates or no one wants to apply. COMPLIANCE OFFICER AND ADVISOR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Given the complexity of the tasks required from directors of syndicates of co-ownerships who do not necessarily have the training and/or tools to properly fulfill their role, a compliance officer service is offered to verify that the Syndicate is compliant as well as the service of advisor to the president and/or board of directors to help him make good decisions.
